How the mechanism works, in plain terms
Produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of Saccharomyces cerevisiae — a 100% soluble extract rich in short peptides (<3 kDa, ~90% of total protein), free nucleotides and glutamic acid. It is rapidly absorbed, masks off-flavours in feed raw materials, and retains its functional properties even after heat treatment — so it works in both dry feed and liquid feed mixes.
