How the mechanism works, in plain terms
A 6-enzyme complex (cellulase, protease, xylanase, α-amylase, β-glucanase, phytase) is added to the live yeast culture, encapsulated in the same inactivated-yeast-cell shell. The enzymes break down fibre, protein and starch and release phosphorus from plant raw materials, while the probiotic component works the same way as in EnzActive — together they raise the diet's metabolisable energy.
